Jubilee Bakery began way back in 1900. The name 'Jubilee' since it was conceived in the year celebrating the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria's coronation. We've been baking for more than a century and we still use and build on some of the same techniques and recipes that helped create the flavors we love four generations ago.
Our timeless classics include Rich Fruit and Nut cakes, Jam Tarts, Ginger Biscuits, Lemon Pies, Walnut Pies, Blueberry Cheesecake, Red Velvet Cake, Macaroons and Cheese straws. We specialize in Wedding cakes and Custom Designed Fondant cakes. We love trying new things. If there's something baked you'd love to taste, do let us know and we'll make it happen.
When we’re not working we travel, taste, try new things, dream, drink huge mugs of chai and jam with our friends.
